Beckman Scholars Program - Application

To apply for the Beckman Scholar Program, complete the application form.

The application includes:
  1. A one-page statement of your career goals.
  2. A one-page statement of your reasons for wanting to participate in the Beckman Scholars Program.
  3. An official U of C transcript.
  4. A 3-page research proposal, exclusive of references and figures, describing the project including an experimental approach.
  5. A letter of recommendation and commitment from the mentor.
  6. A letter of recommendation from another U of C faculty member, a previous research mentor or a HS teacher.
